We are working on stability, so this should improve over time: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/threadview/2955065217944685108/
In the meantime, the following steps can help to increase game stability:
Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date.Disable any overclocking.
Try running with a Clean Boot in case any 3rd party program is interfering.
Ensure that your .NET is up to date.Try running the 32-bit client(if you aren't already).
These are worth checking, in case there is a local factor to any of the crashes.
Hello thank you for your reply.
1. My AMD Radeon HD 6570 currently has the driver version 13.250.18.0 Is this the newest version?
2. Haven't got anything overclocked.
3. What do you mean and how do I run it with a clean boot? And my firewall is always ON but idk if that makes a difference4. what do you mean with .NET? Sorry I'm not really into computers.
Greetings

1. That looks about right.
2. Good stuff. OC'd stuff will often run fine, but it's worth checking when you're having issues.
3. You can find a small tutorial for a Clean Boot here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
4. .NET is part of windows that is used when gaming. It'll probably be up to date, but it's worth double checking as not being up to date can lead to instability. Wiki link. You should be able to run Windows Update(open the search bar and type "Update"), and this will show any available updates.
.NET is up to date I think; If I search forUpdate and click on Windows Update it says that it is up 2 date.
Will try that tutorial later
That tutorial probably won't fix my problem....
I really don't know what to do anymore.
WIndows is updated
PBsetup and pbsvc have been downloaded
BF4 repair installation didn't work
I have the latest drivers for my card; the AMD catalyst 13.11 beta v8 diver (30-10)..
Here are my spec's... maybe the problem lays there?
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 6570
Processor: AMD a8-3800 with Radeon HD graphics (4 CPU's), 2.4GHz
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Ram: 8 gb
DirectX: 11
I played on High first, then on medium and now on low with max. resolution.
Need any more info? /ask it....
Goddamn I have seen some people fixing their problems but I don't know what to do!
When I had an old PC some years ago I couldn't even run BF2 smoothly, I always got kicked by punkbuster EVEN THOUGH I continuously updated-re-installed punkbuster services. After I got this computer (2 years old) I didn't even need to instal any Punkbuster services.
And as last; I heard someone saying: delete your PROFSAVE_profile in your BF4 folder, does this help or should I definitely not do that?
Please help, thanks
EDIT: how do I run BF4 on 32bit? If I go to Origin/BF4/Game properties, it says x64 and x86: no 32.

x86 is the 32-bit version. You'll know you're in it because the graphics options will be locked.
Clean Boot is definitiely worth trying, software conflicts are a very common source of crashes, and a Clean Boot is great for determining if this is what's happening.Nuking that file may work, though I suspect it won't. Be sure to make a backup always, though, just in case.
Also, if you haven't done so already, check the actual game client integrity by running a repair. You can get the option to Repair install by right clicking on the game within Origin.

To reduce the amount of crashing, create a user.cfg file in your install folder and add "GameTime.MaxVariableFps 61" (without the quotes). Then ingame, select the Low Graphics preset and you can play for indefinitely. After that, copy the settings to the Custom preset and add Anti-Aliasing for less blockiness. You can increase the graphics here and experiment what setting is making you crash so quickly. This is how I gained stability and added quality back to the game. This is the only thing you can do until they fixed the game...
