Black screen when switching between desktop and the game.

Hi,

Everytime I launch the game, I get a black screen, and I have to reseat my HDMI cable to get video to come back up. When it does, It looks like it's 1280x700 resolution. If I go to the options screen, then video it still says 1920x1080, so I click on "apply full screen resolution" and it goes back to normal. If I alt tab out of the game, the same thing happens.

Also, what was the thinking behind disabling the windows alt+F4 function? There's no reason for this other than to annoy us IT guys that use it.
