Where i wrote "NUMBERS", its a lot of numbers, maybe hexadecimal.
i waited about 5 minutes, and appers:

This usually comes down to how and where the bonus content was redeemed. Make sure you’re logged into the same EA account that was used for the purchase and that the code (if there was one) was redeemed on the correct platform store.
Some bonus items don’t show up immediately either — a few are tied to specific updates or seasons, so they unlock later rather than right away. Restarting the game after a full update can also help.
