Bugged customization in the main menu

Hi, I play BF1 on PC.

Recenly I've been hit with a very annoying bug. A couple of days ago I booted up the game, and instead of getting me into menu, the game started with the campaign prologue, as if I launched the game for the first time ever. I exited into menu and all of my progress into the campaign was gone - all the chapters are locked, no field manuals are collected, no codex entries unlocked...

All of my settings also reverted to default.

On the good sides, all of my weapons were still unlocked, as were the medals, ribbons, dog tags and codex entries, and skins in the inventory.

The next day, after playing a few matches, I noticed that my Customization menu was bugged. When selecting any weapon to customize, it didn't allow me to select any of the skins I had. To experiment, I bought a skin on the scrap exchange (Franz Marc for the MG08/18), and lo and behold - it showed up as my only skin available to be equipped.

Melee weapons I got from puzzles also disappeared.

However, when in a match, I still CAN select skins - both old and "new" (like Franz Marc). I can also select my melee weapons from puzzles.

I've tried reinstalling the game - but it didn't fix this pretty annoying issue. I don't want to boot up a match everytime I want to check out a cool skin that I have or to change my loadout.

Is there any possible fix or solution?

Attached are the screenshots for customization screen in the menu and in-match.
