Please perform a clean install of 391.35 (as opposed to 397.31) available here: https://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers/results/132979

I apologize none of those solutions worked for you.

If it does not work after uninstalling/reinstalling the game, another option would be to contact EA Help via Live Chat, and see if they have any in depth steps that you can take to resolve this issue.
