can i transfer my old ps3 battlelog account to ps5/ps4?

 Way back in the day, i had an PSN account, but i lost it at some point, but i found my old battlelog profile attached to the old PSN account, it says PS3 underneath the name of my old PSN account name, i also have two 'soldiers' in this old battlelog account, under the same psn account name, one for ps3 and one for ps4, but the stats are completely different, the ps3 account shows much more progress gained while the ps4 account shows almost nothing. i was wondering if its at all possible to transter the ps3 'soldier' to my ps5 account, and if in doing so, i would retain all unlocks and progress gained. thank you in advance!!!!
