Is it down? Re-installed the whole game and EA App, changing Windows Firewall settings didn't affect anything - the problem is still here. I was able to open Battlelog in-game a week ago actually...

Battlelog is no longer supported in Battlefield 4, which is likely why you can't access it from in-game. However, you can still log in to Battlelog manually through a browser.
