I am really sorry for those troubles with connection. Can you try to open corresponding TCP ports to improve connection for Battlefield 4? Keep us posted on your progress. And thanks to all other users for their suggestions on this topic.

i have the same problem contacted ea at least 6 times did every troubleshooting you can imagine, ea is totally useless in this matter ,there not even aware of this problem even almost every player is bitching about it,very disappointing performance from ea...
