Anyways, heres some things to try (If you ahevn't tried already)
Go to C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings and delete the file "PROFSAVE_profile" (or you could just move it somewhere else on your PC for safekeeping).This will also reset keybindings and graphics settings so you will need to do them again when you launch the game.
Try to start the game. If you can get into the graphics setttings then try lowering the Ambient Occlusion (AO) and Anti-Aliasing (AA) settings.
Ohhh finaly thank you for answering! 🙂 No i havent try this and i am gonna try it right away 🙂 Sometimes i got rid of it for few days but it comes back and it is really anoying little error! Hope this will get fixed somehow, anyway thank you again for your answer!!!
