Anyways, heres some things to try (If you ahevn't tried already)
Go to C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings and delete the file "PROFSAVE_profile" (or you could just move it somewhere else on your PC for safekeeping).This will also reset keybindings and graphics settings so you will need to do them again when you launch the game.
Try to start the game. If you can get into the graphics setttings then try lowering the Ambient Occlusion (AO) and Anti-Aliasing (AA) settings.

Did you try reinstalling your graphics driver?
Also
-Do a repair install of the game in Origin. In origin right-click your game and from the drop down menu choose 'repair' install.
-Reinstall DirectX.
1:go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist
2:Find file named DXSETUP.exe and right click on it and choose RUN AS ADMINISTRTOR. Install it. It should update your DirectX install.
3: You might need to reboot computer first.
4: try to launch game.
Yes i have many times and before insatlling new drivers i also made a clean uninstall but with no success, yesterday there was published a new driver for AMD graphics and i installed that one too (It is in BETA though) and it also didn't fix that error. I have now "repaired" BF4 and i installed DirectX as admin (I have tryed before playing BF4 Multy to reboot it and isnstall DirectX - right the DXSETUP file but also with no success) and i will see if this helps, i will cross my fingers!
I checked the whole internet with this error and nothing could fix it. But your advises i havent seen anywhere on the web so thank you very much for helping!
