Can't instal anti cheat

1st time playing BF1, can't install EA anti-cheat and find a solution

1. I've tried installing/repairing it manually through launching the installation from the game files but it just freezes when i pick an option and get a error
2. Windows (11) is up to date
3. I don't use any type of 3rd party software (VPN, anti-virus,anti-malware etc.)
4. My PC meets the requirements for the game
5. I don't have any Mod Tools installed
6. I've tried using the trouble-shoot link and downloading and installing it through manual download and i get another (different) error
7. I've tried verifying the game files through steam, 2 files were restored went through all the previous steps and got the same results

I attached 2 of the errors and my system report
