Can't see the game in the EA app

Question

On the account through the EA website Battlefield 4 is available, in the Ea APP application it is not there, I cleared the cache, reinstalled the application, it did not help, what should I do? I rebooted the computer

Hi @plaur322 I can see a rank 10 BF4 soldier of yours on Battlelog, so that seems to exist still. If you've checked that you're logging into the right account, it'd probably be worth contacting EA Help. They can investigate your account, which isn't something anyone here can do.

If you wanted to contact them, you should see either an email case or live chat at help.ea.com.
