Also, it hasn't been solved yet, I appreciate you all commenting to get your stupid XP, but something that could actually fix it would be appreciated even more.
I have the same problem as well. All you are missing is M249 that you can use in Multiplayer and A single player Gold Assignment badge. No big deal. I stopped playing single player long time ago since it is not worth spending time completing the campaign just to get a badge and a gun.
Have fun playing the Multiplayer modes.

THe OP wants the M249 and the campaign is the only way to get it. I had trouble with one of the weapons registering after completing, but I waited a couple of hours and it eventually unlocked in Battlelog and in games.
Also you can just replay the last chapter two additional times to get the P90 and the QBB-95-1 after getting the M249.
