Have you tried downloading the files manually?
I downloaded the missing file but i can't understand what i have to do, do i have to rename it in .d64 or something else? Where do i have to put the file?

This did not work unfortunately. I just uninstalled BF4 and am re-downloading right now. Will return when that completes. Its completely unacceptable the amount of trouble punkbuster has caused video games as a whole.
