I got the same error and tried everything as well.. updating un-install and install again, firewall etc.. still got kicked out.
Now I've repaired my game in origin and it works again. Hopefully for you guys as well! Good luck!
Seems they forgot to put the file on their server or it's corrupt...
Have to wait for Even Balance to fix...
