China Rising DLC will not work. servers say buy DLC but I already have

Same on Xbox one. Bought game purchased second assault, China rising, premium two weeks ago, never able to access, says installed when I got to my game APS, but cannot access, keeps taking me back to the purchase page...then says installed..... If it is not going to work, hphow do I get my money back?

What you need to do is go to the xbox one home page and go to games. Once there go to add ons. Then check to see if each of the expansion maps have been downloaded. For me the premium was download but when I went to china rising it had not been downloaded. I am downloading it now. Not sure if this will work but at least it is something. I had same problem. What appears to happen is when you purchase it downloads the premium but not the map packs. You have to download each map pack individually. Hope this helps.
