Summarize your bug My class ranks have been reset. I was once Medic level 3, and Assault level 1 and now I am zero on both. My primary rank remains at 20, as a sergeant.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea?
What happens when the bug occurs? Resets my progress on classes.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest

I must add that this wasn't on conquest. I had to fill that blank. I just started the application for Battlefield 1, and there it was, when I try to customize soldier, all my class ranks have been reset, and I am unable to purchase weapons I had the option to beforehand.

Has also happened to me. It reset my class pRogers and weapons that I'm able to equip to my load out through the app no longer appear in game (ex: Lawrence of Arabia gun)

Same thing here. When trying to buy new weapons or change load out in "customize soldier" the classes are reset but if you click on "weapons & gadgets" it will show true progress.

Anyways I think I might have so more insight to wait might be causing this. It appears that the hellfighter dlc pack and possibly others is messing with the class ranks in customize soldier. I've noticed that when the game glitches and doesn't recognize I have the hellfighter content the class ranks are accurate in customize soldier. When the game recognises that I have the hellfighter content then class ranks show zero progress in customize soldier.

The screenshots provided show the very same class load out but one shows the hellfighter bolo knife and no class progress and the other is where it glitches and says I don't have hellfighter bolo knife but then the class progress works.

This is really annoying as I can't purchase the improved weapons that unlock with class rank.

I have the same issue. Does EA respond to these or even see them? It looks like it's been more than a week since this thread was created. Is this the only way to report a bug and have it fixed?

In the meantime until they fix this if your having issues purchasing upgrades when the rank glitches you can always log into the companion app and purchase them that way.

If the Servers and all that work right again, then it should be fixed after you played a few matches.

Then it should show all right as before!
