me too, i think it's a problem related to the new queue patch, surely still bugged ☹️

I found the solution: Just go to your task manager (by right clicking the taskbar and clicking "Start Task Manager"), click "Processes" and keep pressing "B" until you see a bf4 file/application the press "End Process". Repeat until there are no more files/applications to end.
