I actually fixed this myself, I reinsalled windows back to 7, then back to 10. then back to 8. then back to 10 again and it fixed the whole problem i was having. 🙂 HAPPY GAMES

Try to:
1) Download and run as Admin https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=35
2) delete folder C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings\
3) if problem in video drivers try reinstall/update it http://appuals.com/video_tdr_failure-atikmpag-sys-windows-8-110/
4) close/delete all Razer software
5) Keep in mind, if u use simultaneously some game programs (steam, origin, "nvidia experience", "AMD Gaming Evolved",...) that have some option overlay feature over/in game - this is 90% conflict, you'd use only one that program or overlay feature over/in game should be turn on only in one program.
Just tried all of this it crashed after 5-6 minitues of playing the game.
I want to check ur system logs. for this run cmd as Admin and enter a command
for /D %T in (ACEEventLog Application Setup System)do wevtutil epl %T "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\%T.evtx" /ow:true
on desktop should be a 4 log files, give it to us
Then, while we study it you'd:
Download program http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
and test ur video card http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/test-graphics-card-stability-furmark-gaming/
