Desensitized to what isn't realistic
First of all EA is the best and first greatest gaming software of all time looks like with BF 6 its going to get better but its still not right for making a simulated environment realistic like war...

It could be an optional setting which is questioned before first match. I wouldn't want to see gore effects which is a reason why I don't like horror-like games for example. They'd lose money and playerbase if there wouldn't be option turning it off.
That is actually brilliant idea.. Not sure how easy is to implement it tho.
Maybe just apply it to the server to agree and continue so some servers yes gore and some no gore etc....
