You can report a bug at EA support. Just put the game you want to report the bug (BF4 obviously), then your platform and from there just go to Find A Topic and click report a bug. Not sure it grantees them looking at the report but then why would they have that option there right? 🙂 Here's the link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
