Hello, I purchased the BF1 Revolution expansion about a month ago and had received all the content from there. However, it clearly stated you would receive 14 superior battlepacks monthly. Well, it's been exactly a month and they aren't in my inventory. Can anyone help?

The fine print on one of the pages I visited mentioned that the offer expired years ago so, after the initial batch of packs upon first purchase, you should stop receiving them monthly

@Stringer2048 Have you double checked you've got the Premium Pass installed? The battlepacks are provided through that rather than the expansions themselves.

@Stringer2048 Have you double checked you've got the Premium Pass installed? The battlepacks are provided through that rather than the expansions themselves.

@Stringer2048 I also checked if I had any unopened battle packs today, and same case as yesterday, I had received none.

@EA_Atic Are you suggesting that it IS supposed to be FOURTEEN battlepacks PER MONTH? Because that seems like a -lot-.
I also haven't received 14, I don't even believe that I have received 1 mysteriously this month, but I can believe that I received 14 all at once when I first bought the pass, although I don't remember the exact number.

You should get all 14 at the same time, one time grant only. From what I can remember.

Are you on Origin or EA Desktop?

@Rypht Only time I've gotten any was when I 1st purchased Premium pass, even got them across all 3 of my accounts. But I've never received any monthly battlepacks. Wish I did though 😉
