Hi oscarsanden!
As you mentioned, there are a lot of different solutions. Sometimes it is just a DirectX related issue, hardware of graphic card, minimum systems specs etc.
You said that you already tried different workaround and i can see that you are already in contact with our support team and that they need further information. Let us know if the issue still exist or what kind of workaround helped to solve your problem.
Cheers
Basti

EA, People pay alot of money for top of the line factory overclock graphics cards and your solution is for people to downclock those cards......Wake up and smell the roses.
Heres a solution. Uninstall the game, RMA it back to EA as it is faulty and get a free copy of BF4 for expecting people to downclock $600 to $1500 worth of video cards.
I have spent over $2000 dollars on graphics cards and thats your solution. Much easier to unistall the game and play something else.

Super Dissapointed in EA and all the technical problems they've been having with bf4. Love ea and I love Frostbite but this is bull. first my copy is returned and wont accept my card for preorder. I lose all my preorder content. then I buy a hard copy and servers kick ppl. lose all my xp. third now I have direct x have rendering issues with bf4. its frustrating. would've much rather beta tested for 3 months and gotten a solid game than have so many problems. please patch this game for a fix for the device hung error.

Hey guys I Finally Found my problem. It was my G card GPU. They had done a bad job on the heathens past and it had made a hot spot about 25 30 % big on the GPU. Once I fix the heatsink paste problem the card temps dropped by about 10 deg/C. Unfortunately the damage was done. I had a program for generating bit coins and it kept telling me check Hardware 😕mileysad: So i had to get a new gcard 😕mileyhappy:
I know this is not the news everyone is looking for but if some one could recommend a Gcard Testing Software maybe a lot of people get new gcards while still in warranty. Im not saying this is everyone's problem but maybe check running temps while playing and cross reference with online stats.
Good luck Guys

Hey guys, I've been having the same problem lately. The MSI Afterburner solution worked for me. I have a SAPPHIRE 100354OC-2L Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition graphics card and what I did was tuned the core clock down to a max of 903 MHz and the memory clock down to amax of 1041 MHz. The game hasn't crashed since. It's pretty stupid that I have to dumb down my graphics card a bit to play this game, but at this point, I guess it's whatever works.
