So I got it to work.
I downloaded nvidia performence tool and pulled down the core clock to the stock reference (860 instead of 900) and now it works fine! No errors at all.
So that's it. Might work with the voltage to as you suggested but turning down the core clock felt safer.

Where's the solution? This is a forum that is supposed to solve issues and you delete the solution? EA is leaving much to be desired, many people out there facing this issue for long time
