DLC Installation

I had to revert my computer to a previous state for unknown reasons. It loaded a state before the Naval Strike DLC came out, I could not find a way to install it - it was not done automatically. To try and fix this, I uninstalled the entire game assuming that it would offer to install all of the DLCs when I installed it again. But it did not. On Battlelog it says I own them (Being premium).

So does anyone know a way to install the DLCs? Could someone tell me how?

Edit: I have fixed it now.

    OP after you've isntalled BF4, open your PC Origin client, go to your games, right click on the BF4 icon and select "show game details" and then right click each of the expansions and select "download" to download your DLC.

    • Open Origin.
    • My Games
    • Click on Battlefield 4
    • A small speech-bubble-like text box will appear
    • Click on the words "Battlefield 4"
    • Find the 'Expansions Section'
    • Click on each one and press download
