Do I need to cheat to reset my unlocks?

Is it possible for me to reset my unlocks? I see there is an option to reset stats, but not weapons? Remember BF2 did this?  Also it appears that resetting all weapons is a punishment for cheaters......

    There is no method to reset your account progress in modern Battlefield games.  I also do not recommend to do anything to that may result in a punitive reset because you may receive more than a reset and lose access to your account.  Why would you want to reset your progress when you are only a rank 37?  http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/AntagonistDood/stats/367386148/pc/

    Your only option depending on your platform is to make a new account and link it to your existing Origin account. For PC you will need to make a new Origin account and have to purchase BF4 and if you are premium you'll need to purchase premium again. 

    There is a lot more to do in the game to extend your play - you can go for weapons mastery tags, there are a bunch of assignments from the expansion packs to do - and many more assignments if you become a premium member.  If you've only been using a couple of classes you can expand your game by using classes that you normally don't which really changes the way your game experience is.
