Can you try the following and let us know if the steps work:
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Disable Origin in game: Origin, Application settings, Origin in-game, disable Origin in-game
Hi,
sfc /scannow did not find any integrity violations.
Origin in-game disabled.
Map crashed after 11 min.
What next to try?

Please run the most recent video driver installer for your hardware/software combination and choose custom install and then clean install.
It may be worthwhile deselecting the GeForce Experience and 3D components of the installation.

I have removed during clean installation the GeForce Experience and 3D components of the installation, also HD audio but can't test the map cause all servers running the latest maps only.
The Cemetery and Chinatown runs perfect, the two others didn't played yet.

Same crash on Double Cross map only. All new and old maps runs perfect except this one.
