EA doesn't want us to buy BF3 in steam

i just bought an battlefield3 in the steam 1 months ago but i trying to start the campaing the origin product key is need but i try to submit the key,they say i'm not in the internet but i know they are lying because i'm doing with google! and i find this problem is happend in 2years ago and i try every way to solve this problem and asking problem to EA 1vs1 but they say just wait and stay calm why ea sell this game???

they don't do anything to me and even the internet's problem solving way can't help me i just wanna play the old good game pls help

    yes i did but they keep saying just wait for no any time,they just passed this problem and i forgot this

    If 14 days have passed, I'm not sure if you can refund the game anymore. As I have said above, you should try talking with EA support again.

    Try starting a new chat with a different support agent. When did you buy the game and how many hours have you played it?

    now i talk with an EA surpport,but they qre just reading the manual so i ask them to report this to EA team

  • Hello choiminjunisman​,

    If possible you should refund the game and buy it on the EA app, additionally you could try talking with EA support. EA support should be able to assist you with the issue.

    EA Help
