EA Servers Failing?

Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again. Also, please restart and/or factory reset your router.

Hello @theJackhole 

I can totally see why you are frustrated by this issue. Have you tried to restart your route? Opening corresponding TCP ports can also fix this. Keep us posted on your progress.

Thanks for all the replies.  The connection problem eventually resolved itself.

However, now I have an entirely new problem.  Immediately after the game boots up, and I see the initial menu screen, the game becomes completely unresponsive and I can't go anywhere from there.  I can still move the mouse, but clicking on menu items does nothing.  This has been a problem for the last couple weeks.  The game is no longer playable.  Not sure whether to discuss this in this thread or start a new one.

That's a rather drastic statement considering you've offered no information in this thread at all about your problem. Please tell us on which platform you are playing, what exactly the specific issue that you are experiencing with servers to include any error messages, error codes that you receive, and what steps that you've currently tried to alleviate your issue.
