Erro: udp

Question

My Battlefield 4 is having some errors, and it has been three days since I have started trying to fix them through youtube videos, and I still didn't manage to fix them. I hope the support is able to help me fix these errors in a definitive way.

Error: You've been disconnected from the session.
Error: Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 [UDP] is open.

@EA_Atic my problem not and wifi I use cable and my internet and stable. My problem and the connection to the udp 3659 port.

If the port has been opened your modem and routers recommend talking to your ISP and making sure they are not blocking it, worst case it's a server hub between you and our servers that has that port blocked. Recommend working with your ISP if it continues. @Peryapt
