I have the same problem.
I'm playing BF4 on LOW settings - Low FPS
My PC:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 455 Processor 3.30GHz
Memory: 8GB
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 650 2GB DDR3
500GB HDD
because they are dropping windows 7 cause Microsoft want every body on windows 10 or higher
