FPS Drops? (PC)

I just started recieveing this problem this morning. I have no idea why, the first time it dropped from 95 to 30-40 and never went back up... chalked it to a server issue, t
Then the next few servers i had drops from my 95 fps down to 30 then up and the screen freezes for a good half second and it upsetting. my pc isa great. fresh installed right before i installed bf4
Boggles my mind that all of a sudden this starts out of the blue, the only thing i can come up with is i played for a hour staright and then the dips started. does not occur on any other game. also it did starighten out after awhile .during the same game session so i wouldnt think time span has anything to do with it
