Same problem. Massive frame dops. Also after intalling newest BETAv8 my BF4 works much much worse then on BETAv7. But I have to use BETAv8 to avoid Red Screen of Death ☹️
BF4 installed on SSD, AMD 13.11 BETAv8 drivers:
