I have a similiar setup with the same fps problems. I have all the drivers updated. My bios , nvidia, windows 7 all up to date.

I tried running my memory at 2133 mhz and bf4 freezes within 5 seconds of playing. I had to put it back to default settings, which is weird because in the beta i could play the game fine with my memory at that speed...
Please come out with a patch ASAP and optimize the levels EA / Dice ! I spend over $100 and this is unacceptable. If this keeps up I would like a refund of my money !
