FPS Drops? (PC)

Hey guys I'm not sure if its just me but I get a nice 60-70 FPS but every 5 or so seconds my FPS drops to like 12 or less! My Specs are: AMD FX 6100 6 Core, Clocks @ 3.3GHz 8GB DDR3 Ram 1.2TB...

same here on 1080p i have to run it on low @ 60 to 100 fps

 

CPU: I7 2600K @ 4.5GHz 
VIDEO CARD: GTX 680 SC SIGNATURE EDITION+ 
RAM: 8GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE LP 
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS P8Z77-V DELUXE
