FPS Drops? (PC)

Hey guys I'm not sure if its just me but I get a nice 60-70 FPS but every 5 or so seconds my FPS drops to like 12 or less! My Specs are: AMD FX 6100 6 Core, Clocks @ 3.3GHz 8GB DDR3 Ram 1.2TB...

Cant play the game at all,

I7 2600

AMD 6950 latest driver

8GB

Win 8.1

Havent been able to play at all because my FPS  hasnt gone over 15, more like 9

    desable i7 hyperthreading in the bios that resolve my i7-2600 micro freeze issues

      Hi.. im with the same problem.

      Cant fix that..

      I can play high with 30 - 40 fps.. for me its ok.. 

      or medium.. 40 - 50 fps..

      But.. some times i have some spikes ..

      fps goes suddenly to 14...15..16...stays there for 10 sec.. and returns back to 30..40..50.. 

      after 2..3. min playing or less.. the problem comes back.. 

      and it happens all the time..

      already have the nvidia last driver and everything uptodate.. 

      so sad =/
