Full auto firing in bursts

All my full auto Support weapons will only fire in 2-round bursts, even though I've never pressed V to change the fire mode. I'm not lagging in-game and trying a different mouse didn't fix the problem. This happens in both Singleplayer and Multiplayer on PC.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

@SwadianH First try a game repair. Then reset your key assignment.

@SwadianH hey bro
In multiplayer if you use affliction specialization like scavenger you will get one ammo for every weapon to get the scavenger assignment.
so check your specialization equipment.

Thank you for your reply, but I am not using Scavenger.

Resetting the key bindings did the trick. Somehow I had Spot and Fire both linked to LMB.
