Question

I join a game and this is what comes up:

I have tried to re-install PB and used the manual install/update as well. I have also turned off my firewall and antivirus, but that did not help. never had this problem before. I am at a larger living facility of 3000 people in a work camp. So im not sure if the firewall for the main facility could affect it, and if so, how would I be able to tell.

Please help.

You said you have reinstalled PB, but have you tried following this guide? It's pretty handy. It could well be the firewall like you said, I found this on google which might help you test it -&nbsp;http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

I tried the signal test link you sent me and it said the port was close.&nbsp; I work at a larger 3000 person camp style facility, so I bet there is no way to get my port opened on my end.&nbsp; There main firewall is probably causing an issue.&nbsp; Any suggestions on this issue?&nbsp; because this game has worked on about 4 other networks in the last week in difference places than here at work.&nbsp; And ive never used it on this network before, so it is very likely it could be the issue.
