Hey I even tried reinstalling the game, same issue. But what I found out, i switched to NA servers and it works normally. I always play on EU servers, seems like the issue is regional

Please fix this issue as all weapon assignments have been wiped from EU servers when in multiplayer. The weapons are there in customise solider but once in an online game they disappear.
I should not have to go to US servers to play and progress
Any new developments about this issue? From what i see it has not been resolved.
The only thing that helps is a complete reinstallation of the game, and then only for a few games, then at the slightest network break or out of fear for some other reason, it appears again
I am not the only one affected amd I am sure I can speak for all that consoles have been restarted. The issue is on EU servers. It has been going on for a good while now with no official statement from EA or Dice. The community needs to know of anything is going to be done about this.
Another issues which I played in different chanel also after finishing the battle I don't get xp and the board just loading

No effect , I felt so robbed after play intensely and no xp receive, but this chanel was fine a few days ago
Yes, I confirm that restarting the console does not help. Now I'm trying to reinstall the game again, I'll post the result. And yet, here someone wrote that this is a problem only on European servers and they advised me to play on others, but it worked, but the ping is terrible and it’s impossible to play. I can’t understand why this is happening and everyone is silent.
issue still there in all servers shown ranked matches and once you try to get tank or plan the server disconnected please assist
