Game time wrong, Night Operations not detected!

I've had BF4 for my XBOX for a while, and now that my PC is good enough to run it i decided to get it with game time. I got Game time BF4 before my PC was good enough, and now that it is I've played quite a bit. The problem is that Game time says that I get (184? 164?) hours to play. Origin still says that, but after I finished the Campaign (played about 5-6 hours) it said I only had about 90-ish hours left until it was over. Now it says I have 17 left and then I need to buy it. I tried activating the game a long time ago, but it required an activation code. Suddenly now it works and Im happy, but not happy about a huge chunk of hours randomly gone. 

Another issue (minor) issue im having is when I try to join a random server a few times and it says I require some DLC. This is very annoying.

A MAJOR issue I have is Night Operations not being detected by Battlelog no matter how many times I restart and re-download Night Operations. I want to try Graveyard Shift, but it doesn't get detected!
