Got BF3 when it was free but no product key.

I got bf3 when it was "on the house" played for a few minutes went to bed. Decided to try and play it again yesterday and its asking me for a product key, says look in your emails for it, checked my emails and nothing, where can i get another product key? as i got it for free and do not see how it is fair to have to pay for it. I had a live chat with an advisor after waiting around 50 minutes, they couldnt help, told me to ring  [removed], waited on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes couldn't wait any longer as i would go over my limit as EA's customer support is the best! Thought i'd give this a try and hope for the best, please dont give me the same stuff i've seen on other threads saying its been fixed, as not for me! The game doesnt show up in my library but i have it all installed and when i try and play it it asks me for an activation key, i installed it on the 29/05/14 (29th of may incase you're American). Where was i supposed to get the product key? How can i get a product key? Is there any hope? As i was going to see what bf3 was like on pc as i was thinking of getting bf4 as i enjoyed it on 360 even though its only 12 v 12.  My case key thing is[removed] Feel free to ask anything else. But dont just refer me to either call as i can't or ask an advisor as it doesn't work.

Thanks.

Is there an email for Origin related things where i can talk to someone who is actually of use as I am not waiting on hold for another hour, not an advisor as they have no idea.

There is no e-mail address. It would the same as calling anyway as a game advisor is Origin support.

Wow not having an email thats great! Having to wait for hours on hours on hold is a blast! And i'm glad I never got through when I called in then, as the advisors don't know what they're doing. Now I know why everyone jokes about EA customer support. Well thanks for getting back to me quickly.
