I have the same issue as everyone else and I contacted EA's support.Worst decision of my life.After talking to a couple of different agents which tried to help me with the problem,I saw that two of them couldn't even type properly in English.One of them had no idea what the hell was even going on..and more.I also tried getting a refund but since it was bough through PS..no luck..
EA-WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD.

Your question is very relevant and in a way it is same . I am in total agreement with you but since game is new and this kind of issue takes some time for our developers to get any solutionyouYeah mate,not your faultyouyou just work for the support.EA telling you that it's your fault for giving them money,priceless :D
