hardline ps4 lost connection to server!!!

Before I say anything else. I have open Nat. Fast connection all other games and internet activity works fine...... i pre-order hardline got it mid night release. After installing it that night I haven't been able to play a single match online single player works but I don't care at all for a short single player campaign (just to say you have one) so you can charge later for more missions they I also won't care about. So don't say at least you got single player.. Tried hundreds of times every Game type never connects just says you have lost connection with session. Tried rebuilding data base nothing. Almost nothing on it online specially for ps4. We're it's apparently not suppose to be a issue. Inquired for a call say hour they'll call then it hangs up. What do I do? Any help please. This is making never want to buy a ea. Our visceral game again. It's a shiny disc I payed sixty five dollars for. Yay!

    We had an outage in our server backend, could you please tell us if you still encounter connection issues and provide us some information about your routermodem and internet connection in general? I can always recommend to try a cabled connection rather than wireless and to power-cycle your routermodem. To do so, disconnect your modem from the powe-source for about 2 minutes and turn it on again. Please keep in mind that just turning the modem off won't work, you need to actually unplug it from the power-source.

    Hi,

    I am also experiencing similar issues where i am completely unable to play a single multiplayer match as it consistently says that i have lost connection to psn and ea servers. All other games are running fine online. 

    This is extremely frustrating as even reseting the modem and router is of no use. I do not know what to do and how this can be resolved. I really like the game but this is a huge let down.

    My NAT is Type 2 and everything else is functional. Only that i cannot connect online.

    Please help EA! This is from a person who genuinely will buy Battlefield every time only that this issue needs resolving and I'm extremely frustrated.

    Help! All my other games connect fine, I have checked modem and everything is working fine and dandy. Start battlefield hardline, I can play the campaigns but when you select multiplayer the following message appears...

    YOU HAVE LOST YOUR CONNECTION TO PSN AND THUS LOST YOUR CONNECTION TO EA SERVERS. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ETHERNET CABLE. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCESS ANY ONLINE FEATURES UNTIL YOU SIGN IN TO PSN AND THE EA SERVERS AGAIN.

    come on EA. Sort out this problem £60 for a game you cannot play, not good!

    I have tried hard resetting both modem and router, following your instructions however my son still cannot connect and play your game! Any suggestions what to do next, a very frustrated customer.

    What the heck...

    Some times it connect sometimes it dose not and says lost connection to the session.

    This last but I have tried for the past hour to get through.

    EA fix this and advise of what to do.

    Hello my friend

    I grabbed the game earlier today hoping to play a little since I don't have school or homework and when I installed and tried to jump to the online it didn't work. It kept saying that I need to connect to ea servers ☹️ I deleted the whole game and re-install it again and yet the game still not working. I'm sure that internet connetction is fine since im logged in to my PSN and can download other stuff and palyed other games. I hope they fix this problem soon.

    I have similar issues. Cannot join with a squad...always says I'm in the menus and every attempt to join a game results in "you have lost connection to the session."

    Same issue here, its happening on bfh and bf4 what are the ideal modem settings?

    I along with what seems like thousands of people are having this issue. Sometimes it takes me over 10 attempts to join a server. I also had this issue with bf4. I've upgraded my cable modem to the best that time warner cable has. This is definitely a huge let down, please fix this. I'm on a ps4.
