We had an outage in our server backend, could you please tell us if you still encounter connection issues and provide us some information about your routermodem and internet connection in general? I can always recommend to try a cabled connection rather than wireless and to power-cycle your routermodem. To do so, disconnect your modem from the powe-source for about 2 minutes and turn it on again. Please keep in mind that just turning the modem off won't work, you need to actually unplug it from the power-source.

I am also experiencing similar issues where i am completely unable to play a single multiplayer match as it consistently says that i have lost connection to psn and ea servers. All other games are running fine online.
This is extremely frustrating as even reseting the modem and router is of no use. I do not know what to do and how this can be resolved. I really like the game but this is a huge let down.
My NAT is Type 2 and everything else is functional. Only that i cannot connect online.
Please help EA! This is from a person who genuinely will buy Battlefield every time only that this issue needs resolving and I'm extremely frustrated.

I grabbed the game earlier today hoping to play a little since I don't have school or homework and when I installed and tried to jump to the online it didn't work. It kept saying that I need to connect to ea servers ☹️ I deleted the whole game and re-install it again and yet the game still not working. I'm sure that internet connetction is fine since im logged in to my PSN and can download other stuff and palyed other games. I hope they fix this problem soon.
- I have tried hard resetting both modem and router, following your instructions however my son still cannot connect and play your game! Any suggestions what to do next, a very frustrated customer.
Same issue here, its happening on bfh and bf4 what are the ideal modem settings?
- I along with what seems like thousands of people are having this issue. Sometimes it takes me over 10 attempts to join a server. I also had this issue with bf4. I've upgraded my cable modem to the best that time warner cable has. This is definitely a huge let down, please fix this. I'm on a ps4.

- After tour last update (robbery) all gamers here in egypt suffer from this issue (lost connection to server), we cant play online any more, some found out work arounds, but the majority did not
Also the loadouts are not saved, every game we have to choose all the weapona and gadgets because every thing is reset

Somebody has fixed this problem?? Please EA respond - I cant join online. It keeps saying PSN not connecting to server. Anyways all my other games are connecting online. My PSN name is BroDawg505. I dont know what to do.
