We had an outage in our server backend, could you please tell us if you still encounter connection issues and provide us some information about your routermodem and internet connection in general? I can always recommend to try a cabled connection rather than wireless and to power-cycle your routermodem. To do so, disconnect your modem from the powe-source for about 2 minutes and turn it on again. Please keep in mind that just turning the modem off won't work, you need to actually unplug it from the power-source.

I have tried hard resetting both modem and router, following your instructions however my son still cannot connect and play your game! Any suggestions what to do next, a very frustrated customer.
