Help!! How can I get my code back?

Once you redeem the code on your Origin account nobody can take the code back, it's a permanent entitlement on your account.  Here is how to download and install the Premium packs for your game:

Start BF3 in Origin you will be prompted to download your expansions.  If this doesn't happen right click the BF3 icon in your games library and select "show game details" then on each expansion right click and select "download".  After all selected expansions download you can play BF3 on the expansion packs.  Then go to Battlelog, multiplayer, server browser and at the top of the page add the new expansion maps and game modes to your server browser filter settings to find games on the new maps.

If the game is no longer appearing in your games library first check the library filter to ensure all games are showing in your library, if it is still missing you'll need to speak with a game advisor to see what happened on your account that made your game go missing.  You can contact a Game Advisor here: EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.
