Help! Trouble Redeeming the exclusive Doughboy M1911 *Collector's Edition

Located the codes inside Pigeon Tube. In description, went to the website and logged in. Tried to redeem the code (correctly) many times with the selected platform and territory. Then this shows up...

Yes, from the United States and my platform is the PlayStation 4. I really appreciate the helping reply! By observing this situation (as many others are dealing with too), I am going to go by my step by steps. Hopefully will make it work. Let's see what happens next to square this all up.

Yeah! thanks very much for the fix up + all the help! From our expense here to joy that we wish for, of us gamers to do & use, e.g. (the special exclusive DLC contents) by redeeming which like this worked! time to test it out in the field!

@JustFrvgs You appear to have this skin on PC, and each CE will only get you a code for a single platform. As you have the content on the PC, unfortunately we can't assist further.

@EA_David and @EA_Joker I can confirm that this is unfortunately the case. I redeemed my code for PC and it shows up on my PC soldier but does not show up on my Xbox One or PS4 soldiers which is what I suspected would happen. I really think that if you attach a CE to your parent origin account the in game stuff really should be available for all of your connected soldiers...just a bit of feedback from the trenches for the devs David.

Hello I put in my code but nothing downloaded - it said thank you but nothing came in or downloaded on the ps4 .. Now says code invalid ? Still don't have the gun
