Help! Trouble Redeeming the exclusive Doughboy M1911 *Collector's Edition

    @Anonymous Thanks, I have just received an update, can you try going to the website and using the code again?

    Cheers, please let us know how you get on, a "confirmed fixed" or "nope still broken" will be very helpful.

Triforce website .. I wish I had a code for psn I can't get it .. Redemption process says go goto the triforce bf1 redemption page to get your ps4 code but when I enter that says code in use ?? It only went thru first time but nothing unlocked no code was sent or provided for ps4.. I figured it would auto download like update but nothing - can't find it in psn store and no code for psn for it to download .. ☹️

I chose PC so I'm unclear on how the process worked for PS4, however generally the code would be emailed to the address linked with your origin account. Did you check that email address as well as your spam or bulk mail folder in case your email provider thought it was spam?
