It's not working for me. I've tried numerous times on the Triforce Website, (and typed it properly), and it still says code is not recognized, or code may have already been used. I looked in my used codes, it said I've never redeemed any codes. Help?

Can you please let us know which Platform you are trying to redeem this code for?
Also, have you tried contacting an EA Advisor via Live Chat? They are able to sort this out for you as well.

I am on PS4
I haven't talked to an EA Advisor yet, i'm sorta using that as a last resort

Have you tried what @ragnarok013 mentioned in a previous post?
"Generally the code would be emailed to the address linked with your origin account. Did you check that email address as well as your spam or bulk mail folder in case your email provider thought it was spam?"

Hey @quest789, were you able to get this sorted yet?
If not, I'd recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor as mentioned earlier in the thread, they should be able to double check the code for you and, if all else fails, issue a replacement.
