I am on PS4
I haven't talked to an EA Advisor yet, i'm sorta using that as a last resort

Have you tried what @ragnarok013 mentioned in a previous post?
"Generally the code would be emailed to the address linked with your origin account. Did you check that email address as well as your spam or bulk mail folder in case your email provider thought it was spam?"

Hey @quest789, were you able to get this sorted yet?
If not, I'd recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor as mentioned earlier in the thread, they should be able to double check the code for you and, if all else fails, issue a replacement.

- 8 years agoHave you got it yet? I have the same problem and i contacted the ea support and gave them the code and they saying that it is activated in my account, but I don't have it the game (PS4)
